## Job Description ### **Project Overview** We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Blockchain Developer (or a small agency/team) to build a robust, secure, and scalable **SaaS Tokenization Platform**. The platform will allow users to easily tokenize Real-World Assets (RWAs) like real estate, commodities, or equity, as well as digital assets, manage fractional ownership, and distribute payouts—all via a user-friendly SaaS dashboard. ### **Key Features to Build** * **Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture:** Secure user onboarding, subscription management (Stripe/Crypto payments), and isolated workspaces. * **Asset Tokenization Pipeline:** A step-by-step wizard for users to mint security or utility tokens (ERC-20, ERC-1400, ERC-721/1155, or network equivalents). * **Smart Contract Architecture:** Secure, audited-ready smart contracts for compliance, fractional ownership, transfer restrictions, and automated dividend/payout distributions. * **Custodian and Wallet Integration:** Seamless connection with Web3 wallets (Metamask, WalletConnect) and institutional custodial solutions (such as Fireblocks or MPC wallets). * **Investor Dashboard:** A clean UI for end-investors to browse tokenized assets, complete KYC/AML, purchase tokens via fiat/crypto, and track portfolio performance. * **Compliance Framework:** Integration with KYC/AML verification providers (such as Sumsub or Persona) and rule engines for geographical/regulatory restrictions. ### **Required Technical Stack** We are open to your architectural suggestions, but we are currently leaning toward: * **Frontend:** React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS * **Backend:** Node.js (NestJS/Express), Go, or Python (FastAPI) * **Blockchain/Smart Contracts:** Solidity (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, or Avalanche), Hardhat/Foundry, OpenZeppelin. * **Database:** PostgreSQL / MongoDB + Redis for caching. * **Web3 Libraries:** Viem, Wagmi, Ethers.js, or Web3.js. * **DevOps/Cloud:** AWS or GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines. ### **What We Are Looking For** * Proven experience building and deploying production-grade **Web3/DeFi applications** or **Tokenization platforms**. * Deep understanding of **Smart Contract Security** and gas optimization (prior experience with security audits is a huge plus). * Experience implementing **multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure**. * Strong communication skills, clean coding practices, and ability to document technical architecture clearly. ### **Deliverables** 1. Technical Architecture and System Design Document. 2. Smart Contract Suite with high test coverage (minimum 95 percent). 3. Complete Backend APIs and Frontend SaaS Admin/Investor Dashboards. 4.
