Our mission is to help software companies deploy AI that is more efficient, more reliable, and more economical. Rather than chasing the largest models or the latest hype, we are focused on solving difficult engineering problems in AI-powered software, intelligent execution, and scalable application architecture. We believe the future of AI will be shaped not only by better models, but by better engineering. As our platform, infrastructure, and expertise mature, we expect to continually evaluate where owning more of the AI stack creates genuine value—including, one day, the possibility of developing models of our own. What You'll Work On Our first phase is focused on building a production-ready AI execution platform for modern software companies. You will help design and build AI-powered web and mobile applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Stripe, LangChain, and modern LLM APIs. Projects will include: • Full-stack web application development • AI-powered web and mobile applications • Backend APIs and scalable services • AI chat and workflow systems • AI agent and LangChain integrations • LLM API integration and orchestration • Authentication, billing, and subscription systems using Stripe • Database design and optimization with PostgreSQL and Supabase • Performance optimization and scalable cloud architecture As the platform matures, engineers will have opportunities to work on increasingly sophisticated systems involving AI evaluation, orchestration, execution, infrastructure, and optimization. Technologies Our initial technology stack includes many of the following: • React • Next.js • React Native • TypeScript • JavaScript • Node.js • Python • Supabase • PostgreSQL • LangChain • REST and third-party API integrations • Modern LLM APIs Experience with every technology is not required. Strong software engineering ability and the capacity to learn quickly are more important than checking every box. Who We're Looking For We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving difficult technical problems, writing clean, maintainable software, and building products that can scale. You should have strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production software. Experience developing AI-powered applications is highly desirable, but we care just as much about engineering judgment, system design, curiosity, and the ability to learn. If you have experience in full-stack development, backend systems, distributed applications, cloud infrastructure, AI application development, or mobile development, we'd like to hear from you. Our Hiring Process Rather than relying on traditional interviews or algorithm puzzles, shortlisted candidates will complete a paid engineering assignment (approximately two days of work). The assignment is intentionally open-ended. We are interested not only in your technical ability, but also in how you approach difficult engineering problems, make engineering tradeoffs, use AI effectively as a development tool, validate your ideas, and communicate your reasoning.
