PDF Tables to Excel (MANUAL WORK)

I have a multi-page PDF that holds numerical data spread across well over ten individual tables. I am preparing a consolidated list in Excel and have already set up the workbook with all the required headers; the only column still blank is “Amount”... (Budget: €30 - €250 EUR, Jobs: Data Analysis, Data Entry, Data Management, Data Processing, Excel, PDF)
