**About us** We run two production Bubble apps supporting a fast-moving services business in Australia. Both apps are live, handling real users and real transactions daily. We're a small but technically sophisticated team. **The immediate task** We have a GPT AI integration built in Bubble that needs two things: 1. Update the OpenAI model being used to a current version 2. Add guardrails to the AI responses, constraining scope, improving output consistency, and handling edge cases more gracefully This is a well-scoped task for someone who knows Bubble's API Connector and has worked with OpenAI integrations before. We'd expect it to take a few hours for the right person. **The apps** Two separate Bubble applications sharing a common core platform. Between them: roughly 100 data types, 140 backend workflows, 70 pages, and integrations across Salesforce, Zapier, XML feeds, OpenAI, and third-party payment and email platforms. These are mature production apps, not prototypes. **The ongoing relationship** Beyond the immediate task, we're looking for someone to work with us on an ad-hoc basis, implementing new features, responding to support requests and being available when things need attention. We don't need someone full-time. We need someone reliable who can turn things around quickly and communicates clearly. **You are:** - Experienced with Bubble in production environments, not just prototypes - Comfortable with API integrations including OpenAI / GPT - A clear communicator who doesn't disappear between messages - Available for Australian business hours or close to it - Able to read an existing app and work with it rather than wanting to rebuild everything
