FEA Bridge Pier Fluid Interaction

I need a complete finite element study that captures how steady water pressure acts on a bridge pier and how the pier responds once fluid-structure interaction is taken into account. Abaqus will be the core platform because my in-house post-processing scripts are already written for its output files...
