Full-Stack Developer — Lead Qualification System (Node.js + Next.js + WhatsApp API)

We are Altum Dealership, a used car dealership based in Houston, TX, targeting the Hispanic market. We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a custom lead qualification and follow-up platform to serve our two locations in Texas and Illinois. -- WHAT WE NEED -- A web platform that: Qualifies leads through a 5-question scoring engine (credit score, down payment, bank account, ID type, trade-in) and classifies them into Filter A (high-priority), Filter B (worth fighting for), or Reject. Integrates with WhatsApp Business API (360dialog) to send automated messages and receive responses from leads. Displays an internal dashboard where the BDC team can view lead history, scores, and follow-up status. Supports two dealer accounts (Houston TX + Wheeling IL) with separate data per location.
