REVIEW THIS DEEPLY , AND GIVE ME A COST AND TIMELINE IN YOUR PROPOSAL , OTHERWISE ILL IGNORE YOUR PROPOSAL !!!! You can use this as a sample site of what exactly we are trying to replicate , functionality wise. https://simpletire.com/ THE DELIVERABLES https://github.com/adilriaz2121/tire-admin https://github.com/adilriaz2121/tire-backend https://github.com/adilriaz2121/tire-deal 1. Code Audit & Restructuring Review all three repos and the live admin panel. Tell us what’s salvageable, what needs to be rewritten, and what needs to be restructured. If significant portions need to be rebuilt, do it. We want the best possible foundation — no shortcuts. Provide a recommended tech stack and architecture plan before building begins. 2. Frontend — Figma to Code https://www.figma.com/design/LecCX9ETSDs3oM7HsFnC0n/Tire-Deals-K-Z--Klym-----Adil-Riaz-Website-Redesign?node-id=15306-67669&t=co4jTNgYxbpkXsio-4 Build out all pages from our Figma designs. Designs will be delivered on a rolling basis. Must be pixel-accurate, fully responsive (desktop/tablet/mobile), fast-loading, and SEO-friendly. 3. Tire Search & Fitment System This is a core feature of the site. We already have some version of this built, but we don’t know how reliable or complete it is. Audit the existing implementation and improve or rebuild as needed. This system needs to let customers find the right tires through multiple search paths: Search by vehicle: Year → Make → Model → Trim → see tires that fit Search by tire size: Width / Aspect Ratio / Rim Diameter (e.g. 225/65R17) Search by brand: Browse or filter by tire brand (Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, etc.) Combined filtering: Once results are shown, customers should be able to filter further by price range, tire type (all-season, winter, performance, all-terrain, etc.), speed rating, load index, brand, and customer ratings Vehicle fitment verification: Before checkout, confirm that the selected tires fit the customer’s vehicle — flag any mismatches This data should be powered by the AutoSync integration (Deliverable 4). Look at how http://simpletire.com and http://tirerack.com handle their search and fitment — that’s the standard we need to meet or exceed. 4. Data Integration — AutoSync Integrate our tire data provider AutoSync to pull in tire product data, images, specs, pricing, and vehicle fitment data (year/make/model/trim lookup). Keep it synced and handle errors if the feed goes down. Auto Sync Portal Login https://api.autosyncstudio.com/docs/ https://autosync.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ascwiki/pages/657227777/AutoSync+API 5. Payment Processing — Whop Integrate Whop (https://whop.com/) for checkout, payment confirmation, and refunds. https://docs.whop.com/developer/guides/webhooks https://docs.whop.com/developer/api/quickstart https://docs.whop.com/developer/platforms/playground https://docs.whop.com/payments/checkout-embed 6. AI Tire Scanner — Anyline Integrate Anyline (https://anyline.com/) so customers can scan their tire sidewall with their phone camera to identify tire size, then surface matching products. You can look at their API Documentation online. 7. Shipping — Our shipping carriers are FedEx, Roadie (https://www.roadie.com/), and Unishippers (https://www.unishippers.com/ You can look at their API Documentation online. Work with out internal resource for integrating shipping. 8. Inventory Management Integrate inventory from multiple warehouses. Show real-time stock on the frontend. Handle out-of-stock gracefully. Reflect inventory across all warehouses in the admin panel. Work with out internal resource for this as well. 9. Local Installer Verification A local installer lookup. Here’s a reference : https://simpletire.com/tire-shops 10. Customer Service Chatbot A chatbot on the site that handles common questions (order status, returns, tire sizing help) and can escalate to a human when needed. Recommend build vs. buy (Intercom, Tidio, Zendesk, or custom) with pros and cons. 11. Customer Accounts Full account system: registration/login, order history, saved vehicles (year/make/model), saved addresses, order tracking, password reset, account settings. 12. Blog / CMS A blogging system where writers can create, edit, publish, and manage posts on their own — no developer needed. Needs a rich text editor, draft/publish workflow, categories/tags, and SEO fields. Recommend build vs. buy (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity, or custom) with pros and cons. 13. Hosting & Security Recommend the best hosting setup (AWS, GCP, or other) — prioritize reliability, scalability, and performance Full security implementation: DDoS protection, WAF, SSL/TLS, rate limiting, bot protection, encryption, vulnerability scanning We need to be protected against competitors or bad actors trying to take the site down (edited)
