Odoo erp set up

I run a fashion manufacturing business with one ready-to-wear retail shop and multiple production locations. We sell through the physical shop, WhatsApp, social media, and made-to-order production. I am looking for a complete Odoo ERP implementation that will give me full visibility and control of sales, production, inventory, purchases, accounting, and cash flow. I need Odoo POS for the retail shop, Inventory Management for tracking fabric, trims, work-in-progress, and finished products, Manufacturing (MRP) to track production from order to completion, Purchase Management with approval workflows before purchases are made, CRM and Sales Management for customer orders, and Accounting for tracking revenue, expenses, supplier balances, payroll obligations, and profitability. I would like integration with M-Pesa/KopoKopo so that every payment received is automatically recorded in Odoo and linked to the relevant order. I also need WhatsApp integration so customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and order status updates can be managed and tracked within the system. The system should track each order from payment to production, assign work to specific production staff or fundis, monitor daily production output per fundi, track fabric consumption per design, manage restocks for the retail shop, and provide dashboards showing daily sales, pending orders, completed orders, stock levels, fabric usage, cash position, supplier balances, and profitability. I also want user permissions and approval levels so purchases, payments, discounts, stock adjustments, and supplier payments can only be performed by authorized staff. My goal is to automate operations, eliminate manual tracking, improve accountability, reduce losses, and have complete visibility of every payment received, every purchase made, every meter of fabric used, and every garment produced across the business.
