We're building out our AI automation capability from the ground up and need a hands-on developer who can both build lead-gen automation now and architect a broader agentic system over time. This isn't a "connect a few Zapier steps" gig. We need someone who has actually built and shipped AI agents that do real work autonomously — not just wired together no-code tools. Phase 1 — immediate priority: • Build automated lead generation pipelines (prospect sourcing, enrichment, qualification, CRM handoff) • Automate sales pipeline touchpoints (outreach sequencing, follow-up logic, lead scoring) • Integrate with our CRM/ATS stack (Zoho, plus adjacent tools) Phase 2 — ongoing build-out: • Design and deploy AI agents capable of operating across multiple platforms in our digital marketing stack (ad platforms, reporting tools, SEO tools, client-facing dashboards) • Build agent orchestration with proper memory, tool-calling, error handling, and monitoring — not fragile one-off scripts • Own the technical architecture as this becomes a core internal system, not a side project What we need to see from you • Real, verifiable examples of AI agents or automation systems you've built and deployed (not tutorials, not personal experiments only) • Comfort with Python and at least one agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or a custom orchestration approach you can defend) • Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) AND the judgment to know when NOT to use them • API integration experience — REST, webhooks, auth flows • Some exposure to CRM/marketing automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) Nice to have • Experience in automotive, digital marketing, or agency environments • Web scraping / data enrichment tooling experience • RAG / vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) • SEO or paid media platform familiarity (Google Ads, Meta, GA4) Application requirements Please answer the following in your proposal (generic/templated proposals will be skipped): 1.
