Summary About the Project We're building an AI-powered e-commerce platform for dietary supplements. Odoo is the central hub that connects everything: orders, inventory, fulfillment with ShipHero, and manufacturing workflows. We need a senior Odoo engineer who can bridge these systems reliably and grow with us as we scale to multi-brand, multi-warehouse, and multi-country. Deliver 4 integration tasks to establish real-time sync between our custom e-commerce platform, Odoo ERP, and ShipHero fulfillment. Long-Term Vision Lead migration from Odoo.sh to self-hosted Odoo on AWS or DigitalOcean Own integrations between AI team, e-commerce team, and manufacturing Mentor our internal Odoo devs and establish best practices Scale architecture for multi-brand, multi-warehouse, multi-country rollout We're looking for a technical partner, not just a task executor. Must-Have Skills 5+ years Python development, 3+ years hands-on Odoo (v14 to v17) Custom module development, Odoo ORM, XML views, PostgreSQL REST APIs, webhooks, idempotency patterns, retry logic Experience integrating Odoo with external systems like fulfillment, payments, or CRM Clear English, async communication via Discord or Slack, documents as they build
