Healthcare Software Integration (API/Automation Developer)

We need someone to help me integrate data extracted from another website (AI skin analysis) into our customer booking platform/clientele charts/platform. The task involves working with the MaSe website and S5 AI Portal to ensure seamless data integration. The ideal candidate should have experience in data visualization and analysis, and be able to handle tasks independently. We are looking for an experienced software developer to automate a manual workflow between two cloud-based healthcare platforms. Currently, our staff manually downloads patient skin analysis reports from an AI skin analysis cloud portal and uploads each report into the corresponding patient record within our practice management software (MaSe). We would like to automate this entire process. Desired Workflow When a new skin analysis report is completed: - Detect the newly available report. - Retrieve the report automatically. - Match it to the correct patient in MaSe. - Upload the report into that patient's chart. - Log any failures or unmatched patients for manual review. The goal is to eliminate manual downloading and uploading while maintaining accuracy. Existing Systems - AI skin analysis cloud platform (vendor information available upon request) - MaSe Practice Management Software I'm not sure whether both systems provide APIs. Part of this project will include determining the best integration approach.
