Full-Stack Developer: Admin Panel (Django + React) ABOUT ARENA Arena Picks is a live social DFS platform — Twitter meets PrizePicks. iOS and Android are live. We have a fully built internal admin panel used by our ops team to manage users, picks, transactions, balances, promotions, and compliance. THE STACK Frontend: React 18 + Vite + Tailwind CSS v4 + MUI v7 Backend: Django + Django REST Framework (Python) Database: PostgreSQL (single consolidated DB) Task Queue: Celery Infrastructure: AWS (ECS Fargate, RDS, S3) Version Control: Bitbucket WHAT WE NEED The admin panel is built and functional. We need a developer to: 1. Audit and fix data accuracy across the User Overview page (Balances, Cashflow, Gameplay, Revenue, Player Skill, Promo Impact sections) 2. Investigate and fix incorrect or missing aggregations in the Django backend view powering the overview endpoint 3. Build out the Risk & Compliance tab — UI and backend — using our existing spec and schema (tables, rule engine logic, case management workflow, and admin queue already fully designed) 4. General ongoing admin panel improvements as the product grows WHAT YOU MUST KNOW - Django + DRF (this is non-negotiable — all data fixes are backend) - React + Tailwind or MUI - PostgreSQL (aggregations, annotations, query optimization) - Clean REST API design - Git workflow (Bitbucket) - Cursor IDE at an expert level — this is how we work - Claude (Anthropic) at an expert level — AI-assisted development is a core part of our workflow, not optional NICE TO HAVE - Celery / async task experience - AWS familiarity - Experience with fintech, gaming, or DFS platforms HOW WE WORK We use Cursor + Claude as our primary development environment across the entire codebase. You should be fluent in writing effective prompts, using Claude for code review and debugging, and navigating a large codebase with AI assistance. If you are still working the old way, this is not the right fit. ENGAGEMENT This starts as a scoped project with a clear deliverable (data accuracy fixes + Risk & Compliance tab). If the work is strong, this becomes an ongoing role. We move fast and communicate directly. No agencies.
