Laravel SMTP / Email Sending Issue on GoDaddy Server

Need an experienced Laravel developer to fix a mail issue. Laravel website is hosted on GoDaddy. PHP mail is working, but Laravel emails are not being delivered to a few email domains. Need someone to identify the issue and fix it quickly.
