AI Solution Developer

We're looking for an experienced AI Solutions Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications that combine modern web development with cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities. You'll work across the full stack — from building responsive front-ends to architecting agentic AI workflows and backend systems. About the Role You'll be responsible for developing end-to-end AI-powered solutions, integrating LLMs and agentic frameworks into production applications, and ensuring seamless communication between front-end interfaces, back-end services, and AI models. Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack applications using React (front-end) and Node.js / Python (back-end) Build and integrate AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or predictive models depending on project needs) Develop agentic AI systems — multi-step, tool-using, autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (e.g., using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration) Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, open-source models via Hugging Face, etc.) Build and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS) Design RESTful/GraphQL APIs and manage backend architecture Implement authentication, database design, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) Write clean, scalable, well-documented code Collaborate on architecture decisions and suggest AI-driven improvements to existing workflows Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability Required Skills & Tech Stack Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) AI/ML: Python-based ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), LLM integration, prompt engineering Agentic Development: Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, vector databases (Pinecone/Chroma/Weaviate) Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git APIs: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, third-party API integrations Nice to Have Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-calling standards Experience with serverless architecture Background in building SaaS products or AI-powered automation tools What We're Looking For A strong portfolio or GitHub showcasing full-stack + AI/ML projects Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Prior experience building agentic workflows or LLM-powered applications is a big plus
