Tarbiya AI MVP – Final Development Phase

Purpose This document records the agreed scope for the final phase of the Tarbiya AI MVP. The agreement is intended to be executed as ONE FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT combining the original Milestone 4 deliverables from the previous contract with Surinder and the additional agreed work. 1. Contract Structure This agreement consists of: • Original Milestone 4 Deliverables (Fixed Price): USD 500 • Additional Agreed Work (estimated at 51 hours × agreed hourly rate, converted into a fixed-price amount for contracting purposes) Current pricing assumption: • Additional work: 51 × USD 15/hour = USD 765 • Total Fixed Contract Price = USD 1,265 2. Original Milestone 4 Deliverables • Final bug fixing and stability improvements • Performance optimization • Production readiness review • Google Play Store submission support • Apple App Store submission support • Implementation and verification of Privacy Policy • Implementation and verification of Terms of Service • Implementation and verification of Contact Support functionality • Final source code handover • Two weeks of post-launch support after successful store release 3. Additional Agreed Work Complete branding implementation across all agreed application screens and production assets, including: • Flutter UI branding implementation • Visual redesign of agreed screens • Consistent colours, typography, icons and branding • Branding assets integration • UI consistency across the application • Email verification using Firebase Authentication 4. Project Responsibilities • Surinder • Backend development • Firebase & Cloud Functions • OpenAI integration • Authentication and subscriptions • Store submission • Final source code handover • Overall technical coordination • Manjot • Flutter frontend • Branding implementation • UI/UX implementation • New branded screens 5. Acceptance Criteria The Founder will verify all deliverables before acceptance. Any defects within the agreed scope identified during testing shall be corrected before final acceptance. 6. Fixed-Price Basis The estimated hours are provided solely to calculate the agreed fixed contract price. This is a fixed-price agreement. No additional payment shall be due if the work takes more time than estimated, unless both parties agree in writing to additional scope. 7. Change Management Any work outside this agreed scope requires mutual written agreement before implementation and pricing. 8. Communication Surinder will remain the primary point of contact and coordinate all technical work between backend and frontend resources.
