AI Agent Engineer & Automation Developer for Business Workflows

Description: We are looking for an experienced AI developer to design and build intelligent AI agents that can automate real business workflows and reduce manual operations across different tools and platforms. The goal is to create production-ready automation systems that can handle real tasks reliably, not just prototypes or chatbots. You will be responsible for building AI-driven workflows that connect multiple systems and execute business logic automatically. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI agents for business process automation Build workflow automation between tools like CRM, email, databases, and APIs Integrate LLMs (such as OpenAI APIs) into real-world systems Develop backend services to support AI workflows (Python / Node.js) Create reliable data pipelines and automation logic Optimize performance, accuracy, and cost of AI operations Deploy and maintain production-ready automation systems Requirements: Strong experience in AI agent development or workflow automation Solid backend development skills (Python and/or Node.js) Experience working with OpenAI API or similar LLM systems Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architecture Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations Experience with automation frameworks (LangChain or similar is a plus) This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who can take business requirements and turn them into fully working AI automation systems.
