Full-stack Python/React lead for content monetization platform

We're building a creator platform for managing and monetizing digital content and fan interactions through subscriptions, tipping, pay-per-view, chat, livestreaming, and community features (think OnlyFans, Patreon, Twitch ...). Its backend also supports complex access permissions, progression and reward systems, trust and reputation mechanisms, and personalized user experiences. We're a small team looking for an experienced, responsible full-stack freelancer to join as our lead developer. Our stack is React/Next.js in TypeScript on the frontend, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis/Celery, and Docker on the backend, deployed on Vercel and DigitalOcean. We work fast and lean heavily on agentic AI tools (Claude Code) in our day-to-day development. We're looking for someone who already uses these tools well and takes full ownership of the code they ship, AI-assisted or not. This is a lead role: we need someone who has proven that they can work independently with minimal oversight, make sound technical decisions on their own, and give technical direction to the rest of the team.
