FreeBSD VPS Restoration Setup

My Hostinger server has crashed, but I still have full backups of the sites and databases. I now want to spin up a fresh VPS and bring everything back online. The new instance must run FreeBSD; that is non-negotiable unless you explain a compelling technical reason to switch...
