React and Node.js Enterprise UI/UX Prototyping Expert

React and Node.js Enterprise UI/UX Prototyping Expert We are looking for a highly capable React and Node.js developer with strong UI/UX and product design experience to rapidly design and build enterprise application prototypes. This role is not for website development. The focus is on complex enterprise systems such as workflow platforms, dashboards, case management, risk and compliance applications, operational systems, and internal business tools. You must be able to work directly with us, remain consistently available online, understand requirements quickly, and convert direction into polished, usable, and production-quality interfaces. You should be comfortable using AI-assisted design and development tools to work faster without compromising quality, usability, or maintainability. Key Requirements Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Proven UI/UX design experience for enterprise applications. Ability to design and develop working frontend prototypes rapidly. Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, page patterns, forms, tables, dashboards, workflows, and complex user interactions. Ability to take high-level direction and independently propose better UI/UX solutions. Strong visual design skills, including layout, spacing, typography, interaction states, and information hierarchy. Ability to convert Figma designs into production-quality interfaces. Ability to create both Figma prototypes and working React applications. Experience using AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and iteration. Must be available online and able to work directly with our team. Must provide regular progress updates and demonstrate work frequently. Must provide a proposed weekly charge and weekly availability. Mandatory Portfolio Requirement You must provide at least three examples of enterprise systems that you personally designed and developed. Each example must include: A Figma design or interactive prototype. A production site, live application, or working system demonstration. A clear explanation of your individual contribution. Screens showing enterprise functionality such as dashboards, workflows, forms, tables, case management, administration, approvals, or operational processes. General websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores, marketing websites, and template-based designs will not be considered relevant examples. If you do not have access to both the Figma designs and the related working applications, please do not submit a bid. Qualification Criteria Candidates will be assessed based on: Quality and complexity of enterprise applications previously designed. Strength of UI/UX and product design capability. React and Node.js development experience. Ability to create reusable and scalable design systems. Speed of translating requirements into working prototypes. Creativity and ability to improve incomplete requirements. Availability, responsiveness, and ability to work directly. Effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
