WordPress Developer Needed to Convert React/Tailwind Design into Custom WordPress Theme

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to transform an existing website into a new, modern design that has already been built using React and Tailwind CSS. The goal is to fully migrate and implement this design within a WordPress environment, ensuring all content is managed via WordPress while remaining fully hosted on our own infrastructure. This is not a simple theme customization task. The project requires translating React components into WordPress-compatible templates and structuring content using custom post types and fields where appropriate.
