Python Web Scraping Expert – Chinese Websites

We are looking for an experienced Python Web Scraping Expert to help us build and maintain reliable, scalable data extraction solutions, with a focus on Chinese websites. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to solve challenges independently. 🔧 Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web scraping solutions using Python - Analyze website structures and build efficient, scalable data collectors - Improve and optimize existing data extraction processes - Troubleshoot issues across data pipelines and ensure data quality - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners - Take ownership of tasks and deliver reliable solutions 🧠 Required Skills - Strong Python experience (e.g. Scrapy, Requests, Selenium/Puppeteer) - Proven experience in web scraping / data extraction / crawling - Good understanding of HTTP, APIs, and web technologies (HTML/CSS) - Experience with XPath or Regular Expressions - Familiarity with Git and Linux environment - Experience using browser developer tools and Postman
