Here's what the platform needs: - Multi-tenant architecture via Shopware 6 Saleschannel (one instance, multiple restaurants, each with their own subdomain and branding) - Custom storefront per restaurant (individual branding, colors, menu) - Live order dashboard for the restaurant owner — tablet-friendly, real-time - Central admin panel for me to manage all restaurants, menus, and orders - Customer database per restaurant - Payment integration (Stripe or Mollie) - Delivery / pickup / opening hours logic - Custom plugin for a gamification leaderboard (monthly top customers win prizes)
