We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to take full ownership of our hiring process and help us build a high-performing software development team. This is not just a resume screening role. We need someone who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing top talent to coordinating interviews and helping us hire the right candidates. What You'll Be Hiring For We are actively hiring: • Full Stack Developers • Frontend Developers (React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular) • Backend Developers (Node.js, NestJS, Python, Django, .NET, Java) • Blockchain Developers (Solidity, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Web3) • AI & Data Engineers (Preferred) • DevOps Engineers (Preferred) Responsibilities • Manage the complete recruitment process from start to finish. • Create and optimize job postings on Upwork and other relevant platforms. • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Upwork, and other channels. • Review resumes and portfolios. • Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening interviews. • Evaluate communication skills, technical experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews with our internal team. • Maintain a structured hiring pipeline and candidate database. • Provide regular hiring updates and recommendations. • Negotiate rates and availability with shortlisted candidates. • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Requirements • Proven experience hiring software developers. • Strong understanding of modern web development technologies. • Experience recruiting Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, and Blockchain developers. • Excellent English communication skills. • Ability to identify genuinely skilled developers—not just keyword-matching resumes. • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Upwork, and other sourcing platforms is a strong advantage.
