Web App for HVAC Data Delivery

Looking for help building and deploying a web app to deliver technical engineering specification data on commercial and industrial HVAC products. The app should be user-friendly and efficient in handling data delivery. Experience with similar projects is a plus. Could be a longer term engagement as we plan to improve, refine, and expand upon the tool over time. Goal is for a user to be able to login, select products of interest either through a direct selection or a chat interface query, and then be able to output formatted technical data sheets to put onto building plan sets. We have a working prototype in the no code app Base 44 that we'd like to professionalize and possibly host independently.
