Full-Stack Developer needed for Real Estate Development Operating System

We are building a Real Estate Development Operating System that helps developers, lenders, investors, and project teams manage the entire property development lifecycle from a single platform. The system will bring together project planning, design management, construction tracking, budgeting, financial modeling, sales operations, reporting, document management, approvals, and stakeholder collaboration into one centralized solution. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to help build, scale, and maintain the platform. You will be responsible for developing frontend features, backend services, APIs, and database architecture while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. The ideal candidate has experience building production applications, writing clean and maintainable code, designing efficient database structures, and working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver complex business functionality. Experience with SaaS products, enterprise software, workflow management systems, financial platforms, or real estate technology is highly valued. Familiarity with modern development practices, cloud deployments, third-party integrations, and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex is a plus.
