Restore Suspended Google Site

I have run a Google Sites page for my preschool for years without issue. Last weekend I refreshed several pages—only text and photos, nothing technical—and the next day the public URL threw a 404. Four days later Google emailed to say the site is suspended, but they offered no specific reason...
