Seeking Developer to Build PsychChartAI Mental Health App

I need an experienced mobile app developer to build PsychChartAI, a cross-platform iOS and Android application designed for PMHNP students and psychiatric providers. Version 1 will be a non-PHI educational and documentation support app featuring user authentication, subscription management, SOAP note templates, an MSE builder, psychiatric ICD-10 references, medication guides, screening tool resources, and PMHNP board preparation content. The app should have a clean, intuitive interface and be built with scalability in mind to support future HIPAA-conscious functionality.
