WordPress Plugin customization

We want to add filters to BuddyBoss 'Members' widget. Currently, this widget show all members. We want to add 3 dropdown to filter the members: WordPress roles, BuddyBoss Profile Type (in Profile Field), BuddyBoss Tag (in Profile Field) The dropdown is 'AND". You will put 'Any' within dropdown, so that if we select 'Any', then this dropdown filter doesn't apply. For example, we will select 'featured' in role, 'seller' in Profile Type, 'Open House' in tag. I am including screenshots as example. Budget is $50. We will escrow $50 before project begins. We will release $50 when project is completed successfully. Delivery date is within 7 days.
