convert raster map image to centerline like this Arcscan.

I want to convert raster image to centerline like this Arcscan.But When I am developing algorithoms in python by AI, I am not getting good result specially intersection and corner resolving issues in corner plots.My input is clean cadstral image so there no needs to incorportae gap and hole issues in the algorithom. its only computer vision related problem.I have tried two methods with opencv , failed to genertae good result
