Program Crest/Emblem Finalization

I am seeking a skilled designer to finalize a program crest/emblem. The task involves refining an existing design to ensure it meets the desired quality and style. There are currently two crests/emblems. I really like the Verified Facility Health emblem but it needs to be refined by matching the font, adjusting the heartbeat to center it and then making the "pledge" emblem mimic the verified facility health emblem with the word "pledge". I would like to have both in a variety of formats such as PDF, PNG, DST, vector etc. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design and logo creation, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. The project is part-time and expected to be completed in less than a month.
