AI Agent Developer | Multi-Agent Systems | Voice Agents | Twilio

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to design and build intelligent multi-agent systems and AI-powered voice solutions. Responsibilities: - Design and develop intelligent multi-agent systems for business automation - Build AI voice agents using Twilio, OpenAI, and modern speech technologies - Automate customer interactions, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and business workflows - Integrate AI agents with CRMs, APIs, and third-party services - Implement real-time decision-making and natural conversational experiences - Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and security - Test, debug, and maintain production-ready AI solutions - Collaborate on system architecture and feature enhancements Required Skills: - Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems - Strong knowledge of Twilio Voice APIs and Voice AI integrations - Experience with OpenAI APIs and LLM-powered applications - Familiarity with speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies - Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Ability to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with workflow automation platforms - Knowledge of cloud deployment and backend development - Experience with monitoring, logging, and AI system optimization The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering AI-powered automation and voice solutions for real-world business applications.
