Full-Stack Developer for TEDOS AI Platform: Maintenance, Bug Fixes, and New Feature Development Job Description
TEDOS is an AI-powered business operating system that helps coaches, consultants, experts, agencies, and high-ticket businesses build complete client acquisition systems. The platform creates funnels, messaging, offers, scripts, emails, CRM workflows, automations, and client dashboards. The original TEDOS system is already built. We are now looking for a reliable full-stack developer to help maintain the platform, fix bugs, improve existing features, support customer issues, and develop new features based on direct founder direction. The founder is the master designer, product architect, and strategic lead. You will not be responsible for inventing the product vision. Your role is to execute cleanly, solve technical problems, improve the product, and help keep TEDOS stable as we continue scaling. Responsibilities • Maintain and improve the existing TEDOS application. • Fix bugs reported by customers or internal users. • Develop new product features based on founder direction. • Improve existing AI workflows, funnel-building logic, dashboards, and user flows. • Work with APIs and integrations such as GoHighLevel, Close CRM, HubSpot, Zoom, OpenAI, Stripe/payment systems, and webhooks. • Help troubleshoot customer issues quickly and professionally. • Improve frontend layout, responsiveness, UI polish, and user experience. • Test all updates before they are pushed live. • Keep code clean, organized, and documented. • Communicate progress daily. New Feature Development
You will also help build new TEDOS features as the product expands. New feature work may include: • New TEDOS product modules • Funnel builder improvements • AI content generation flows • Client dashboards • Sales dashboards • CRM integrations • Admin tools • Reporting and analytics • Onboarding flows • Customer support tools • Workflow automation Required Skills • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript • React, Next.js, or similar frontend framework • Node.js and/or Python backend experience • API integration experience • HTML/CSS with strong attention to clean UI implementation • Experience with SaaS apps, dashboards, CRM tools, or automation platforms • Git/GitHub workflow • Ability to debug existing code without breaking other parts of the system • Good written English • Reliable daily communication Nice To Have • GoHighLevel API experience • Close CRM API experience • OpenAI API experience • Stripe or payment integration experience • SaaS customer support experience • Funnel builder or landing page builder experience • Experience working directly with a founder • UI/UX implementation skills Who This Role Is For
