FastAPI Developer for Pricing Engine

Rebuild and secure an existing FastAPI pricing service. The work has two parts: (1) security and hosting cleanup on the existing API — SSL on a provided subdomain, shutting down the old bare-IP endpoint, rotating the API key, and disabling a direct CRM push; and (2) a full rebuild of the pricing formula to a new state-based rate structure (per-unit base by state, intrastate/interstate selection, fleet factor, percentage-based safety modifier, revenue modifier, and a final multiplier), with a test suite that reproduces a provided rate spreadsheet exactly. Clear documentation and detailed API responses (base rate + each modifier applied, monthly and annual figures) are required so the endpoint can be integrated through a middleware layer (Make.com). Estimated 2–3 business days. Will be run as two milestones.
