Technical Operations Assistant / Junior Web Developer I’m looking for a technical assistant with web development experience to help me move software and operations projects forward. In most cases, I will start the project and provide clear direction on what needs to be done. Your job will be to pick up where I left off, follow the instructions, investigate blockers, debug issues, test the work, and carry the task through to completion. This is not a senior engineering role, but you should be comfortable working independently with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, environment variables, dashboards, logs, and basic web development tasks. You should also be comfortable using Codex or other AI coding tools to speed up implementation. Responsibilities * Pick up partially started technical tasks and move them forward * Follow clear project instructions and implementation notes * Debug API, webhook, OAuth, email, and configuration issues * Work with tools like Stripe, Twilio, Supabase, Vercel, Microsoft, Google, and similar platforms * Read technical documentation when needed * Prepare or refine Codex prompts * Test workflows and document bugs clearly * Review logs, screenshots, failed requests, and dashboard settings * Keep a simple task tracker updated * Bring back only the blockers, decisions, or approvals I need to handle Required experience * Web development experience * JavaScript / TypeScript familiarity * Experience working with APIs and webhooks * Familiarity with GitHub * Comfortable with environment variables and deployment settings * Ability to troubleshoot independently * Clear written English Nice to have * Experience with Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, or OAuth * Experience using Codex or AI coding tools * QA/testing experience for web apps * Experience as a junior developer, technical assistant, automation specialist, or technical project coordinator Working style I do not need someone to invent the product strategy. I need someone who can take clear instructions, understand the goal, and finish the technical follow-through with minimal hand-holding.
