create a email process with Bullmq in node.js

Currently looking for a developer of node.js who can help me to configure Bullmq to handle email routing. I would like to be able to send emails to specific people when a form is submitted inside of a business application. Looking for a messaging system that will work inside of my business application that can handle the sending of emails to individuals. Each form will be its own step and will require an email to be generated based on some simple rules. The forms will have an employee ID that will be related to the em (employee) table where the email can be looked up. Since the application we are using is built on Javascript it is hopeful that BullMQ could be called from within the business application.
