AI Automation Engineer Needed – Lead Sourcing, Job Matching & GoHighLevel Pipeline Automation

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to build an end-to-end system that automatically finds opportunities, matches them against our team's capabilities, scores them, and prepares them for our bidding team. Scope of Work: * Fetch jobs/leads from public platforms, websites, directories, and APIs * Collect and normalize data from multiple sources * Match opportunities against our internal database of: * Team skills * Past projects * Case studies * Portfolio items * Resumes and profiles * Create an AI-powered scoring engine * Rank opportunities based on relevance and probability of winning * Filter low-quality and irrelevant opportunities * Detect duplicates * Store opportunities in a database * Push qualified opportunities into GoHighLevel (GHL) * Automatically update pipeline stages * Generate AI summaries explaining why a lead/job is a good match * Create notifications and reports for the bidding team Expected Output: A bidding team member should be able to log in and immediately see: * High-priority opportunities * Match score * Win probability * Recommended expert/team member * Relevant past projects * Relevant portfolio examples * AI-generated reasoning for the match Preferred Skills: * AI Agents * Multi-Agent Systems * GoHighLevel (GHL) * n8n * Make.com * OpenAI * Claude * LangGraph * CrewAI * Python * Vector Databases * RAG Systems * API Integrations We are open to alternative tools and architectures if you believe they are better suited for this project.
