Reverse-Engineer Creality Scan to CAD

I have a raw Creality scan of a component that now needs to be turned into clean, fully parametric CAD ready for 3-D printing in Fusion 360. The part will be used as a functional PLA replacement, so I need solid, watertight geometry and smart geometry decisions that will hold up under everyday use...
