Senior Full-Stack Developer for Next.js

Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer — Mobile-First Next.js Healthcare E-Commerce Platform (Stripe + Integrations) Overview We're a healthcare recovery products company rebuilding our e-commerce platform. The product is a multi-tenant storefront system: each physician partner gets a branded storefront their patients order from post-surgery. Mobile-first, delivered as a PWA so patients can add a branded icon to their home screen. We have an existing developer spec, front-end handoff package, and nine working HTML prototypes. This is not a greenfield "figure out what we want" project — the requirements are documented and the design direction is set. Scope Next.js + TypeScript frontend, mobile-first (375px up), PWA delivery with install prompt and offline shell Backend with Postgres, multi-tenant architecture supporting per-physician branding and routing Stripe integration (Payment Element, Apple Pay / Google Pay, webhooks) QuickBooks integration for order and revenue sync Patient onboarding survey flow, cart, checkout, and admin dashboard Deployed to our infrastructure, code in our GitHub org from the first commit Requirements Demonstrated production experience with Next.js and TypeScript Shipped at least one payment-processing application (Stripe strongly preferred) — please link it Multi-tenant or white-label architecture experience Third-party API integration experience (accounting, CRM, or healthcare systems) Mobile performance discipline: we require Lighthouse mobile ≥90 and LCP under 2.5s on throttled 4G as an acceptance criterion Must Have Strong E-Commerce Background Engagement Starting with a paid trial project (fixed price, roughly one week) to build one storefront screen against our spec with a Stripe test key. Strong performers move to an ongoing hourly contract with weekly milestones for the full build.
