Key Technical Requirements & Scope: Backend: Laravel Framework (PHP) – Secure RESTful APIs, robust queue management to handle high-frequency vehicle data pings, and cloud-native architecture. Frontend: Vue.js – High-performance Single Page Application (SPA) for a clean, responsive operator and admin dashboard. Database: PostgreSQL with PostGIS extension (Mandatory for advanced geospatial data, live tracking, and geofencing calculations). Mobile App: Flutter – Cross-platform architecture ready for a seamless driver/hirer environment with offline data synchronization features. Core Framework Gaps to Address: Integration of live GPS/IoT gateways, dynamic routing & mapping APIs (Google Maps/Mapbox), core booking calendar algorithms, pre/post-hire digital inspection checklists, and automated commission settlement structures. QA & Testing: Comprehensive Load Testing and Security Vulnerability/Penetration testing plan before rollout.
