Real-Estate & Property Management Platform (Web Dashboard + API)

We're looking for an agency to build, a property-management platform for the Saudi market (Arabic/English, RTL + dark mode). It serves owners, tenants, property & HOA managers, operations staff, and admins, each with a role-based view. We already have complete documentation (full system-analysis document) and a finished Figma design — so requirements and UI are well-defined; we need a team to build it. Core scope: Properties — complexes, buildings, and units; owner/tenant management; manager assignment; bulk CSV import. Service requests — submit, assign, track, complete with photo evidence; preferred visit times. Recurring/scheduled maintenance — plans that auto-generate visits; daily schedule digests. Complaints — file, comment, resolve, with role-based visibility. Commerce & financials — service store, orders, invoices, e-signed contracts, wallet. Notifications — in-app + email, with a daily schedule digest. Admin — user management, catalog, activity log, platform settings.
