Resolve Nexus Repository Access

I have just completed an in-place migration of Sonatype Nexus Repository Manager from 3.70 to 3.93. The service is online and the UI loads normally, yet every developer now receives “permission denied” messages when they try to pull from or publish to our Maven, npm, and Docker repositories...
