AI Developer that can build AI Agents and Workflow Automations

AI Developer Location: Remote (Australia preferred) Type: Contract / Full-time About We build AI staff for service businesses — voice agents, SMS follow-up, email reactivation, outbound calling, and CRM integration. Our agents help service businesses stop missing leads and strip the admin out of their day. The Role You’ll build and deploy AI agents end-to-end for client businesses: configuring conversational voice/SMS agents, wiring them into client CRMs, and keeping deployments stable in production. You’ll work directly with the founder and existing technical partner on live client builds. What You’ll Do • Build and configure AI voice agents (Retell or similar) for inbound and outbound calling • Develop SMS and email reactivation flows for dormant lead databases • Integrate agents with client CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Halaxy, and others) • Set up automations, webhooks, and API connections between platforms • Test, monitor, and troubleshoot live deployments • Turn repeatable client builds into reusable templates and internal tooling What You’ll Need • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and prompt engineering • Voice AI platform experience (Retell, Vapi, Bland, or similar) • Strong integration skills — REST APIs, webhooks, automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) • CRM platform familiarity, especially GoHighLevel and HubSpot • Ability to own a build from spec to working deployment with minimal oversight Nice to Have • Telephony experience (AirCall, Twilio) • Front-end skills for client-facing tools and dashboards • Background working with service businesses (trades, health, real estate) How to Apply Send through examples of AI agents or integrations you’ve shipped — working demos beat resumes.
