AI SaaS Developer for Bug Fixing

I have a working prototype of an AI-powered [SaaS/app] that I've been building with a previous developer. The core is there but it keeps breaking in production — agents don't respond correctly, the RAG pipeline returns wrong results, and streaming cuts out randomly. I need someone to come in, understand what's been built, find what's broken, and finish it properly. This isn't a from-scratch build. The stack is React frontend, FastAPI/Python backend, and we're using LangChain with OpenAI. Database is PostgreSQL. It's deployed on AWS but the deployment process is a mess too. What I need: Audit the existing codebase and tell me what's wrong Fix the agent logic and memory issues Get the RAG pipeline returning accurate results Clean up the backend so it doesn't fall over under real usage Handle deployment properly with basic monitoring I'm a non-technical founder so I need someone who can communicate clearly, work independently, and not need their hand held. I don't want daily check-ins, I want updates when things are done. Budget is flexible for the right person. Looking to start immediately. If this goes well there's ongoing work building new features.
