We are looking for a world-class Senior Software Engineer to join our team to design, build, and operate production-grade, agentic AI systems for enterprise-scale applications. In this role, you will focus on building sophisticated multi-agent systems, developing enterprise-grounded reasoning frameworks, and ensuring the highest standards of trust, safety, and governance in AI deployments. Key Responsibilities System Architecture: Design, build, and scale multi-agent AI frameworks and reasoning systems tailored for complex enterprise workflows. Production Operations: Own the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of frontier AI models to ensure reliable, production-grade performance. Data & Retrieval: Implement and refine advanced retrieval patterns (RAG) and data structures optimized for real-time AI context. Technical Leadership: Take full ownership of architectural decisions, drive engineering best practices, and provide technical guidance/mentorship within the project. Required Experience & Skills Senior Expertise: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. Agentic Systems: Proven, hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating multi-agent or agentic AI systems in a live production environment. Core Stack: High proficiency in Python is required. Strong familiarity with systems-level languages such as Go, Java, or C++ is highly preferred. AI Ecosystems: Extensive experience working directly with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and orchestrating complex retrieval patterns at scale. Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture and guiding engineering efforts.
