Shopify App MVP — Server-Side Tracking (Remix + External Dashboard)

### What it is A lightweight Shopify app that wraps a third-party tracking API (details under NDA) and exposes it under my own brand. Merchants install it from Shopify, pay via Shopify Billing, and get redirected to my external dashboard. They never see the underlying provider.
