Data Scientist for AI Model Development

Lead the development of advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Analyze large data sets to drive strategic insights and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. This role requires expertise in machine learning and data analysis, with a focus on innovation and problem-solving. Responsibilities • Build and deploy forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection models. • Analyze inventory, replenishment, and out-of-stock issues. • Develop AI and GenAI solutions, including RAG and agent-based systems. • Perform feature engineering and large-scale data analysis. • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions. • Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills • 6+ years of Data Science or Machine Learning experience. • Strong Python and SQL skills. • Experience with ML models such as XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression. • Knowledge of forecasting and statistical modeling. • Experience with Spark or large-scale data processing. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills • Retail, supply chain, or inventory management experience. • Generative AI, RAG, LangGraph, or Agentic AI experience. • Optimization, Operations Research, or Reinforcement Learning knowledge. • MLOps experience with MLflow and model deployment.
