The task is to implement a website based on a Figma file (desktop and mobile versions). Overall it's in the scope of the full redesign of website https://privatecaptcha.com/ (exact scope discussed below). Source Figma file is of high-quality with an extensive UI kit, all states of all components are clearly shown and with clear separate mobile version for all required pages. All pages are quite static with landing page (screenshot attached) being the most "dynamic" page of all, it contains 2 videos/animations (already created, but just "invisible" on the static screenshot that is attached), few "horizontal scroll" transitions in mobile view, pricing section updates (volume-price), FAQ items expanders, question mark hover tooltips and that's it. The only other cosmetic interactivity exists on FAQ sections, pricing section in self-hosting page and mobile menu overall across all pages. Captcha widgets (that you can see on existing pages) come with "built-in" interactivity (subject to including a JS script).
Technical requirements: the end-result must be a self-standing "vanilla" html/css files, suitable for static hosting (no React/Vue/etc). From 3rd-party frameworks only Tailwind CSS is preferred (but possible to discuss an alternative). All required interactivity (e.g. menus, pricing, faq etc.) must be implemented in vanilla JS (there shouldn't be much at all). All (or most) imagery must be implemented as vector graphics (SVG format) - extracted from Figma file (so some Figma proficiency required). Goes beyond saying that website should look correctly and the same in Chrome-based browsers and Firefox, and on mobile on Safari (with it's quirks) and Chrome-based ones. Since there're multiple duplicated components, using Hugo can be beneficia (Astro is not accepted, other option is just plain HTML).
Scope: all pages from the existing website: landing page, features page, self-hosting page, FAQ page, About page, Alternatives pages (x4), Use-cases pages (x5). All "text-heavy" pages like blogposts and different legal pages like ToS/EULA/DPA/etc. are not included in the scope. There're no new pages in the Figma file.
Website must be implemented _exactly_ accordingly to the provided Figma file, including all margins, states of all controls, etc.
Note: uploading it to Claude Code and connecting Figma MCP just does not work (already tried, including other freelancers). If you don't plan to do it semi-manually, please don't apply.
