Full-Stack Growth Systems Developer

We are looking for a hands-on full-stack developer who can take business ideas from a founder’s whiteboard and turn them into secure, working, measurable products. This is not a virtual-assistant role, a template-only web-design role, or a GoHighLevel-only workflow position. You must personally write and review production code, work comfortably with APIs and databases, deploy applications, troubleshoot integrations, and show completed work every week. The right person is a builder-operator: technically strong, commercially aware, organized, and able to own delivery without waiting for perfect specifications. You will support a growing U.S. law firm and an attorney-led education company by building applications, client and member experiences, websites, funnels, CRM automations, AI-supported workflows, dashboards, and integrations. You do not need to be the world’s best designer, media buyer, security auditor, and developer at once; however, you must know your limits, recommend specialists when justified, and never involve any subcontractor without advance written approval.
