Senior Project Manager Needed for AI-Driven Application

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Software Engineer who is an expert in Claude Code and AI-assisted software development. This is not a traditional software engineering position—we're looking for someone who can leverage AI coding agents to rapidly design, build, test, and deploy production-quality applications. You'll work directly with executive leadership to transform business requirements into scalable web applications, automate development workflows, and accelerate product delivery using the latest AI development tools. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered web applications using Claude Code and other modern AI coding tools. Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans. Build scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications. Design APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud infrastructure. Review, refine, and optimize AI-generated code for performance, security, and maintainability. Debug complex application issues across frontend, backend, and cloud environments. Integrate third-party APIs, AI models, authentication providers, and payment systems. Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. Mentor team members on AI-assisted development best practices. Continuously evaluate new AI development tools and workflows to improve productivity. Required Qualifications 8+ years of professional software development experience. Demonstrated expertise using Claude Code to build production applications. Strong experience with AI-assisted software development workflows. Expert knowledge of: TypeScript / JavaScript React or Next.js Node.js REST and GraphQL APIs SQL and NoSQL databases Git and modern development workflows Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of software architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
