Project scope (anonymized — safe to paste on Upwork) Suggested title: Experienced Drupal 10/11 Developer — Ongoing Maintenance, Support & Accessibility (Bilingual Site) Overview: We maintain the corporate website of a bilingual (English/French) membership-based nonprofit. The site runs on Drupal 10, hosted on Pantheon, with a large number of structured content pages, a member login area, and recurring event/conference subsites. We're looking for an experienced Drupal developer (or small team) for an ongoing maintenance + support retainer with periodic enhancement projects. Scope of work: Routine Drupal 10 maintenance: security patches, core/module/theme updates, backups, monitoring Troubleshooting and issue resolution — triage critical vs. non-critical, with resolution timelines Plan and execute a Drupal 10 → Drupal 11 upgrade CMS administration/configuration; recommend modules (including any cost implications) Support and light training for a non-technical content-editing team Maintain full English/French bilingual parity across all pages Ensure all work meets WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility (higher standard a plus) Security best practices: SSL/TLS management, vulnerability assessment & remediation, logging/monitoring, incident response Work within Pantheon's dev → test → live workflow Ad-hoc enhancement projects (design/functionality improvements) Engagement: Ongoing retainer + project-based enhancements.
